All Texas Power Paddle Systems come with a 1 year, non-transferrable warranty.
Terms of Warranty
We will provide the original purchaser with the manufacturer warranty that covers any manufacturing defects or workmanship errors. The warranty is directed towards the original purchase and per system.
Warranty Claim
Fill out our Repair & Return Request Form for any warranty claims. Once that is completed, purchase our Pre-paid Diagnostic & Return Shipping Fee in order to receive approval on your return. If you purchased through a distributor, please contact them first.
This warranty applies only to defects in material, manufacturing, and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase, it does not apply to normal wear and tear, or to damage caused by:
– Neglect, abuse, accidents, theft, loss, abnormal or improper use, or modifications.
– Damage to electronics due to open control box.
– Use of parts not manufactured by Texas Power Paddle.
– Alteration, tampering, or removal of parts.
The warranty does apply to:
– Damage during shipping. (If your product box arrives damaged, please notify us immediately)
– All other manufacturing inconsistencies not included in the above.
If your warranty claim is approved, the product must be returned to the manufacturer’s warehouse for repair.
The 1 year manufacturer’s warranty does not guarantee a replacement system or guarantee a free system, subcomponent, or accessory. It does not cover normal wear and tear, abuse, water damage, loss, theft, or any other damage that is not directly related to the manufacturing of the product. Not following the recommended care may result in a denied warranty claim.
If your warranty claim is denied or your system is out of warranty, Texas Power Paddle can still assist with fixing any damage for a nominal service fee. We value our customers and their investment, and will do our best to get you back on the water!
